This is the new piercer deck I made thanks to everyone's advice here. I'm not sure whether or not I have too many cards. Any input is welcomed.

Thanks

Twin Sword Marauder is a great piercer. --Akuma the avenger 23:53, 25 July 2009 (UTC)

  • You might be running too many cards, it looks good, but rather than run the stumbling's (which when you summon the phantom beast and spear dragon would leave you at a disadvantage), you can run Light of Intervention, allowing you keep up the offence, while at the same time allowing Ninja to do it's job and your opponent's monsters to become a target for micro ray. I suggest taking out 1 dust, 1 strike slash, 1 wild horn, 2 blade rabbit, 1-2 big bang shot, and 1 blessing, and perhaps adding Zero Gravity as well as Airknight Parshath, maybe one Double Summon to get out the higher level monsters quick. --ZeroLife0L 17:33, 26 July 2009 (UTC)

I have to say, it's looking a lot better than it used to. Anyways, your at 50 cards, with a little too much s/t cards. I agree with Zerolife, and you may also consider adding Strong Wind Dragon and Exploder Dragonwing. Another good addition would be Staunch Defender. It works really well with Dragonwing, and can cripple most swarm decks. Lordofdecoydragons 17:46, 26 July 2009 (UTC)

You might want to add Evil Hero Malicious Edge, it can be summoned with 1 tribute when your opponent controls a monster. Also, since this deck is more offensive, you may want to replace Draining Shield with Magic Cylinder, and if you have a Mirror Force, add it in place of Negate Attack. --Akuma the avenger 19:05, 26 July 2009 (UTC)

--But wait, Light of Intervention states that monsters can't be set face-down. It doesn't force them into defense. Were you thinking of another card? I thought I'd use Stumbling after I got a decent monster out. I'll need a 3 star tuner to summon Exploder Dragonwing. Any Suggestions?

Dark Resonator is pretty good. It can keep itself from being destroyed in battle once per turn, or you could take more of an offensive aproach and use Psychic Commander. It can weaken any card that battles either itself or Krebons, but it does cost life points. X-Saber Airbellum also has a respectable ATK and has a discard effect if he attack directly. They're all good options, so pick the one you think would help you out more. Lordofdecoydragons 00:39, 27 July 2009 (UTC)

Alright, how's this?

Suggestions...

--Replace Dust Tornado w/ MST,and decrease Dragon's Rage to 1,and maybe a Mausoleum of the Emperor,to summon the high level monsters easily, but costs a lot of LP.And make you Red Dragon Archfiend and Exploder Dragonwing 2 of each. And maybe 1 or 2 Stardust Dragon, and maybe a Drillroid. That's all I can think of.Hope I help.

Instead of Mausoleum of the Emperor, use Star Blast, it will almost always cost less.--Helix-king 02:03, 27 July 2009 (UTC)

Wow, this deck has been overhauled. I tried to keep it close to what I had availible. I wanted to take a shot at the Nationals, but I've already spent so much money on this game when I was a kid. I'll never see my money again. How do I sell all the cards I have? Unless I sell some cards, I'm not going to have the money to buy all these new cards. Sorry, I really appreciate all your help here. But do you know how I can sell my cards, so I can at least turn a profit?

I know how you feel. I have a job but I just spend 15 bucks a week on this game. Do you buy packs, or cards, because you won't get much for these. Try trading cards form the packs I hope you bought. In my opinion, buying singles is not cost effective.--Helix-king 04:13, 27 July 2009 (UTC)

Yeah I bought boosters, lots of them. I actually get pretty lucky with them. The first Cyber Revolution I ever opened, I got a limited addition Cyber Dragon. As far as buying singles though, I found a site that sells everything I need for about 49 cents each.

Ah, well try to sell the cards you don't need that are of a decent rarity on like Ebay or something, if you bought cards online, selling them there shouldn't be a problem either.--Helix-king 16:05, 27 July 2009 (UTC)
