Um, hi. I've been hearing about this whole "Twilight Deck" idea for a long time, and I've heard a lot of the Chaos cards as well. So I thought, "Well, what the hey" and decided to have at the ideas. I was wondering if anyone could critique this first deck of Light and Dark that I've created and help me improve it, and if so, I would be very thankful. Without further ado, here is my variation on Twilight;

This deck might have a lot of high level monsters, but I figured that since many of them can be Special Summoned by their own effects it wouldn't be a big issue.Anyway, this deck mainly revolves around LIGHT and DARK monsters, but also uses some Fairy and Fiend support cards, which actually work with a lot of these monsters anyway. Gorz, Tualatin, and Tragoedia are for when I'm in a tight spot and need either a sudden beatstick or am just trying to stay alive. Honest is Honest, and the Cyber Dragons are Cyber Dragons. End of subject. Kuribohs make for excellent shields and fit the theme. Archfiend Soldier, Dark Valkyria, Voltic Kong and Doomcaliber are solid LV4s, and Doomcaliber adds some monster effect negation (if need be, I can just waste him on my own Kong or something similar so that I can start using the monster effects I need.) Darklord is basically a Lightning Vortex and a direct attack rolled into one. Lots of Counter Traps make Dark Voltanis viable in this deck, and Marshmallon, Fires of Doomsday, and occasionally Emperor Sem are able to stall. Finally, Valhalla, Allure and Veil accelerate the deck a little, and the rest is field control. So, what do you think? PHASE 01:12, May 17, 2010 (UTC)
