I was just told that according to a judge at a SJC in new jerser that shrink cannot be activated during the damage step. Is that correct? 2irishman2 (talk • contribs) 00:05, August 4, 2010 (UTC)
- He's incorrect - "Shrink" can be activated in the Damage Step.
- However, it can't be activate during Damage Calculation or later. See Breakdown of the Battle Phase - "Shrink" can only be activated during the first three Substeps. --Deus Ex Machina (Talk) 00:57, August 4, 2010 (UTC)
