Tuner Toons

I have 2 Royal Decree's in my side deck. I sort of was running a stall toon deck and I decided to throw in some tuner's for a mix. It works sometimes, it just depends on what my hand is really and what I can do. Any suggestions for what I can change would really be appreciated.
