- No. The effect of "Trap Reactor Y FI" is a Quick Effect, so it is Spell Speed 2. You can never Chain a Spell Speed 2 effect to a Spell Speed 3 Counter Trap. --Deus Ex Machina (Talk) 04:56, October 24, 2009 (UTC)
