no they can't. since you negated honest's effect with gb war chariot, your opponent can't use an another honest because its the damage step that have happened then. Vacscillanore
- It depends. See Breakdown of the Battle Phase.
- If your opponent activated "Honest" during Damage Calculation (Sub-Step 4 in the above breakdown) - which is almost always what happens - then he cannot. Only one Chain is allowed during Damage Calculation, so after "Divine Wrath" negates "Honest" you immediately proceed and calculate Battle Damage.
- If your opponent activated "Honest" during one of the three earlier Sub-Steps, then he can. Multiple Chains are allowed during these Sub-Steps, so your opponent can activate a second "Honest" in another Chain.
- Also, remember to sign your posts with four tildes ~~~~, since that automatically creates a signature for you.
