Does Worm Illidan get a Worm Counter every time a monster is special summoned face-down or flipped face-down on the controller's side of the field? For example, you have Worm Illidan face-up and you play Book of Moon (on your monster) or The Shallow Grave. The only ruling I could find similar (in TCG rulings only), was the ruling on Dark Simorgh and Worm Call. Please include evidence supporting your answer.
