Forum:X-Sabers with Draw Power

So, people either don't know or don't care, but aside from being able to use Horn of the Phantom Beast, X-Sabers also have their own version of the card: At One With the Sword. I personally think Horn is broken, and being able to run 6 of them sounds too good to be true.

Okay, so three-fourths of the deck is your standard X-Saber stuff. I'm introducing 3 new cards to the deck, for a total of 9 non-standard cards. 3 Reborn Tengu for obvious reasons, run him in everything. I don't care if you're playing GBs LS, whatever, just run this card. Also, it works with the 3 Horn of the Phantom Beast. Many Sabers are either Beast or Beast-Warrior, qualifying them for this epic card, which is also the reason I have 2 and 2 of Airbellum and Fulhelmknight, instead of 3 Fulhelm and 1 Airbellum like most people. Finally, Sabers have their own version of this card, which for some reason most Saber players don't run. The final card I am introducing is 3 At One With the Sword. It' a bit more restricted than Horn, but should be just as easy to get off and start plussing like crazy. Activate 5 of the 6 on one monster, do ~3000 damage and draw 5. gg? OK, this is just weird, I was also thinking of building X-Sabers eventually, and Lappy you and me have never discussed X-Sabers, although I had not considered Tengu and Sword. Sorry Lappyzard, currently I have nothing to tell you about the deck, but it should really work, 6 Traps that Pump & let you draw, now that's consistancy, in my opinion. ---Dark Ace SP™ (Talk) 20:47, August 3, 2011 (UTC)

In my testing, I got the chance to (or rather, I was forced to) chain At One With the Sword and 2 Horns together to pump by 2400 and draw 3. It was hilarious. Lappyzard (talk • contribs) 04:08, August 4, 2011 (UTC)
