Yubel and Yubel - Terror incarnate's effect of inflicting direct damage to the opponent only happens when yubel is attacked and not when yubel attacks right? But for Yubel - Ultimate nightmare, even if the opponent's monster is in defense position, i still inflict direct damage depending on the opponent's monster's ATK and destroy that monster when YUbel - Ultimate Nightmare Attacks right? --Natsumikun 10:15, 1 September 2009 (UTC)Natsumikun

I believe it's correct.

Its just that in the anime, YUbel makes Jaden's Monsters battle With her Yubel Card and Yubel inflicts Direct damage to jaden even though it was Yubel who attacked and not Yubel being attacked.--Natsumikun 10:30, 1 September 2009 (UTC)Natsumikun

Two pronged attack

Will two-pronged attack destroying yubel and another 1 of your monsters to destroy 1 of your opponents monster make yubel's effect miss the timing or not? — This unsigned comment was made by Natsumikun (talkcontribs) 01:19, September 2, 2009

To my knowledge, "Two-Pronged Attack" destroys all monsters simultaneously. You would not miss the timing. --Deus Ex Machina (Talk) 21:27, September 2, 2009 (UTC)

If yubel was destroyed with you opponents Ring of Destruction, will it active it's effect?? — This unsigned comment was made by 112.202.180.168 (talkcontribs) 01:15, September 7, 2009

Yes, it will activate. With "Ring of Destruction", the monster is destroyed and damage is inflicted simultaneously. --Deus Ex Machina (Talk) 00:45, September 8, 2009 (UTC)

Really? i removed it from my deck coz i thought it would miss the timing as the last thing to happen was inflicting life point damage just like Thunder crash. by the way i forgot to sign my signature back there :P --Natsumikun 09:21, September 9, 2009 (UTC)Natsumikun

I'm sorry but I believe when you meet a lore text like this:

When this card is destroyed, except by its own effect, you can Special Summon 1 "Yubel - Terror Incarnate" from your hand, Deck or Graveyard.

that means the effect is not compulsory. so it will miss the timing with Ring of Destruction since the last thing to occur is inflicting damage not destroying yubel.Neos lover 14:25, September 9, 2009 (UTC)

"Ring of Destruction" has been specifically ruled that the destruction and the damage both occur simultaneously. When the Chain resolves, the last thing to happen is both "Yubel" being destroyed and damage being inflicted, so the effect of "Yubel" can be activated. --Deus Ex Machina (Talk) 20:07, September 9, 2009 (UTC)

So what about Assault on GHQ? Does Destroying the selected monster and Sending 2 cards from your opponent's deck happen simultaneosly??--Natsumikun 07:22, September 11, 2009 (UTC)Natsumikun

You miss the timing. For "Assault on GHQ", the last thing to happen is the cards being sent to the Graveyard. See Card Rulings:Assault on GHQ. --Deus Ex Machina (Talk) 20:07, September 11, 2009 (UTC)

oh ok alright, good thing i asked, thanks XD--112.202.248.100 10:01, September 12, 2009 (UTC)Natsumikun
