Deletion[edit]

This is in no way an archetype. The cards have nothing to do with eachother besides having been used by Rishid and Ishizu. Does anyone have any reasoning that this article should be kept? Cheesedude (talkcontribs) 23:11, January 26, 2011 (UTC)

Well... I am afraid that I also have to agree that Ishtar Fairy is not an archetype.
Meanwhile, for the deletion of the article, I think it is not necessary. The member who created the article must have given his best in order to create the page. So, I think it will be better if the page is included as Ishizu Ishtar's Decks because the page describes the cards that are used by Ishizu in her Deck. It's not an 'archetype', but it can classify as a 'group'. Perhaps wait for the 'group' category to be made if we agree on making it, or delete it if we decide not to make the 'group'. -Falzar FZ- (talk page|useful stuff) 01:50, January 30, 2011 (UTC)
I think Ishizu's monsters might be an archetype/series, but I don't agree with much of this article...
  • I don't think "Ishtar Fairy" is an appropriate name. Who used them shouldn't determine their name.
  • I really don't think Odion's "Mystical Beast of Serket" is part of the series. It had no connection to Ishizu's monsters when it first appeared. Its just a coincidence that they were both released with the same Type and Attribute. Neither of those were specified in the manga.
  • I doubt "Kotodama" counts as related.
  • I don't think they bear much of an Egyptian resemblance, except for "Mudora".
  • They don't revolve around returning cards to the opponent's Deck to use "Exchange of the Spirit", except for "Keldo". Did "Keldo" even have that effect when it appeared in the manga or anime?
All that leaves is that they're an archetype/series of EARTH Fairy-Type monsters used by Ishizu Ishtar. But they didn't have Types and Attributes when they first appeared, so I'm not sure that counts as a defining property. -- Deltaneos (talk) 02:19, January 30, 2011 (UTC)
"Keldo" did not have an effect. Actually, none of her monsters did. No effects were shown, and the cards themselves had the normal monster background in the Japanese version. Cheesedude (talkcontribs) 03:16, January 30, 2011 (UTC)
I'll throw in another vote for deleting this page. It's just another pointless article made by an unregistered user. --Golden Key (talkcontribs) 21:05, September 24, 2011 (UTC)
