Source[edit]

out of curiosity, where did you get the source? 70.79.82.181 (talk) 03:37, February 12, 2011 (UTC)

I'm not sure what the original source is, but it's been posted on bbs.newwise here by YZ-Dragon Cannon, who is reliable. The important part is:
第151話 集いし願い (3/9)
仲間たちとの絆であるシンクロモンスター5体をシンクロさせ、シューティング・クェーサー・ドラゴンを
召喚する遊星に、ゾーンは究極時械神セフィロンを召喚して、対抗する。
Google translate should give you a rough idea of what it says if you can't read Japanese.

Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode[edit]

I am just curious about the Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode thats seen going into Yusei's graveyard. I mean he never used that in any normal anime episode, does that mean that that perhaps the anime OVA might have some canon to it. Its a strange thing to put in the episode unless Yusei is actually going to use it. Wolfman of Light (talkcontribs) 17:48, March 2, 2011 (UTC)

Or he just accidentally discarded it then revived them back to somewhere or removed for the reason of summoning "Stardust Dragon" or something. That also surprised me when I saw the picture here. --FredCat 17:54, March 2, 2011 (UTC)
In this case could be the same situation as with the movie then. DracoX (talkcontribs) 00:30, March 3, 2011 (UTC)
I was wondering the same thing. Is there anything in "Evolving Duel! Stardust VS Red Demon's" that would contradict the mainstream events if it was considered canon? Given Aki is friends with Lua and Luca, that would mean it happens after Episode 41. They hardly had that Duel while they were fighting the Dark Signers, so that would mean it happens after Episode 64. If it's that far in the series, surely Crow would be with Aki, Lua and Luca in the audience. But his absence is hardly enough to make it non-canon? He's probably not there because he hadn't been introduced in the series when the OVA was first shown. -- Deltaneos (talk) 01:02, March 3, 2011 (UTC)

but in the ova they still refer to jack as king and yusei as the challenger so it had to at least be before the fortune cup finals.99.100.158.241 (talk) 18:22, March 3, 2011 (UTC)

Allegedly the last episodes will feature a duel between Yusei and Jack. The OVA could be set after the events of the series. Perhaps Jack defeats Yusei and regains the title of King? Golden Key (talkcontribs) 00:41, March 4, 2011 (UTC)
OVA is still in Season 1, since Crow/Sherry/etc are not exist or knowledge by that time. Like that non-registered user #99.100.158.241 said, but it's still conflict that they have not know about Yusei till Fortune Cup - proof of his crime mark is after Yusei entered Neo Domino City, which just before Yusei enter the Fortune Cup and in OVA, it's Day Time, while Yusei went to jail by morning. --FredCat 00:53, March 4, 2011 (UTC)
Watched it again last night, and it can't be canon to the series. Jack is repeatedly referred to as the "undefeated" King. That would put this duel before the Fortune Cup, which it obviously couldn't have been. Golden Key (talkcontribs) 22:44, March 4, 2011 (UTC)
Of course it's not! The OVA was a non-canon episode that was used to promote the Crimson Crisis booster pack. --96.246.0.139 (talk) 23:23, March 12, 2011 (UTC)

I think it's probably just an art glitch or something. if it was really in his deck than he wouldn't need to Accel Synchro to defeat the Machine Emperor's

I just watched the latest sub version episode and he only pulled all five Synchro Monsters, instead of 2 Synchro Monsters with random 2 along "Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode", so I think that's error, like Yusei's criminal mark have absent when Jack got an idea for catch Jester/Yeager. --FredCat 23:25, March 12, 2011 (UTC)
