Nistro lost?

Why does it say that Nistro's LP went down to zero? I know it would have and should happened, but the duel mysteriously ended after Alit took enormous damage and lost. Even more confusing, even barring the aforementioned event, it also should have ended in a draw, because there was no indication whatsoever by ANY card effect that Lion Heart's effect was negated, and before anyone rants that Nistro inflicted damage to Yuma by a card effect and thus it takes place after he already took the damage I will point out that the effect of Lion Heart is a continuous effect which simultaneously inflicts the battle damage to the other player even as it is taken, meaning that it would most certainly cause a draw.

So to summarize:

• why is Nistro's LP going down to zero when his LP were never shown to go down to zero in the actual show?

• If he is listed why were Yuma's LP not posted as going down to zero in the same paragraph?

• Why on earth is Lion Heart destroyed? It can't be destroyed by battle, and not one card they played negated its effects; it isn't even stated that its continuous effects only apply if he has Xyz Material.
