A Top Secret Card (トップシークレット カード Toppu Shīkuretto Kādo) is a card released in promotion of a video game, which contains a Password for the game.

Top Secret Cards were released for Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters and Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters II: Dark duel Stories.

Duel Monsters Top Secret Cards contained two panels that could be scratched away. Scratching away the first one revealed the code to open the Password menu. Scratching away the second revealed the Password for the card. Such Top Secret Cards existed for:

• #352: "Kanan the Swordmis"
• #353: "Takriminos"
• #359: "Three-legged Zombi"

Duel Monsters II Top Secret Cards contained one panel that could be scratched away to reveal the Password for the card. Unlike its predecessor, the Password menu is not hidden in this game. Such Top Secret Cards existed for:
