Please sign your posts, and try to use complete sentences. Victory Dragon's ability causes a player to win the Match, not single Duel. In tournaments, you duel in matches. Matches are where a player must win two duels in order to advance. Victory Dragon allowed to win in only Duel. Why is it banned though? Here's the reason: Yata-Garasu Lockdown. It's not longer the case, since in most tournaments, players are able to surrender at any given time, making his effect not very powerful. There are also a set of Match Winners, all of which are illegal, but instead of making him illegal, he was simply forbidden instead. --Drew-Gi-Oh! (talk) 04:36, August 19, 2010 (UTC)

Well, I think that it wouldn't work very well. Having only 1 copy of each support card, most traps that don't necissarily help you, and monsters that won't help you summon Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode won't help you. You'd need to have perfect hands and miracle draws to pull it off. I can edit it so it may be more consistent, if you want. --Drew-Gi-Oh! (talk) 17:07, August 26, 2010 (UTC)

I'll look into it for you, and I don't know where you can get a cheap Jinzo, besides any sites you buy/sell at. Different Dimension Capsule is cheaper than Gold Sarcophagus, because it needs to REMAIN ON THE FIELD, whereas Gold Sarcophagus goes to the Graveyard. Another big difference is that if Different Dimension Capsule is destroyed, your card is stranded out on in Cyber Space, and you can't retrieve it with Burial from a Different Dimension, either. And Gold Sarcophagus was given out as the prize for a Shonen Jump tournament, and has amazing artwork. --Drew-Gi-Oh! (talk) 23:19, August 26, 2010 (UTC)

Deck revision[edit]

Okay, I vamped your Deck.

I cut the clutter and added more copies of key cards. I can promise you it will be better, but I can guarantee you that it won't be overwhelmingly good. Horus and Synchros/Assault Modes (ignore the pun) don't have synergy, they like to be by themselves or not at all. I also gave a you a FORMULA. That formula is 4 + 4 = 8/ 2 + 6 =8. No Level 3s. I also made it tournament legal, if you are daring enough to try it at the tournament. If you have any questions or concerns, leave me a message. And remember, you can always edit it however you want, regardless of legality. --Drew-Gi-Oh! (talk) 03:52, August 31, 2010 (UTC)

RE: Help with a Dragon Deck[edit]

Yay, I have finally found your page! Please don't leave your posts with your IP address only.

Ok, Explanation:
Basically Red-Eyes Wyvern and The White Stone of Legend searches out for the 3 main monsters of this deck: Red-Eyes B. Dragon, Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon and Blue-Eyes White Dragon. By summoning any monster, you can remove it from play to special summon a Darkness Metal which will then special summon your other hitters (blue eyes, red eyes, prime material etc...). Playing Future Fusion (selecting 5-Head), you can send Totem Dragons and revival targets to the graveyards (You can also send Stone/Wyvern to get Blue Eyes/to special Red Eyes Darkness). Totem Dragons special summon themselves during the standby, allowing you to tribute then for bigger dragons since they count as 2 tributes. Ancient Rules allows the free special summon of Blue Eyes or Red Eyes B.; Call of the Haunted, Monster Reborn and Birthright summons monsters back from the graveyard. When you want game, you can use Dragon's Mirror to special summon the fusion dragons. Decoy Dragon acts as a free revival. Foolish Burial is like a smaller version of Future, allowing you to dump a single monster to the graveyard.

Light&Darkness seals up your opponents (and your own) card effects, so make sure that you are going to win if you play this card. Mirage Dragon could work as well, it acts like a temporary Trap Stun, allowing your attack to go unhindered for most of the time (however, many people use Book of Moon so be careful). Cold Wave also does this; Giant Trunade clears up back rows; Solemn negates most of what a player can do. Starlight Road stops the chance of Lightning Vortex, Mirror Force, Dark Hole and Torrential Tribute from messing up your setup. MST destroys single targets.

Morphing Jar replenishes your hand;Cards of Consonance allows you to ditch a Stone [3 targets] for 2 cards and a Blue eyes, then you can ditch Blue Eyes for Trade-In (also works on Darkness Metal and Light&Darkness [7 Targets]).

Urm, if you were looking for a budget build, please tell me your budget and i'll work something out =D.
However, dragon decks require the Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon card to win or at least King Dragun because they have high costs to summon.

The new deck.[edit]

thanks for the new build. I have a slight problem i forgot to mention b4. Some of the new cards are beyond my means to buy if u understand wat i mean. They are like 4-5 english pounds each. My total budget would have to be around 10 -13 english pounds. This is cuz i already have some cards im tryin to buy. I have 3 other decks if u want 2 see them, but thts completely up 2 u. And the most i could afford is 1 REDMD

That would be great. This way i would know what cards you have access to. Do you have any flute of summoning dragons? NightxRise (talkcontribs) 15:31, September 16, 2010 (UTC)

Ok... So I tried my best to use the cards you have, but there are some cards that you need to get.
I listed down the rarities, as you can see, most of them are commons, so you should be able to get them with abit of trading. NightxRise (talkcontribs) 04:35, September 22, 2010 (UTC)

Your Decks for Free post[edit]

The decks for free forum isn't accepting new requests at this time, and in any case, you need to format your decklist like the others on that page. If you need help, post your question in the deck help section of the forums. Jon Kovacs (talkcontribs) 23:05, September 21, 2010 (UTC)
