What makes the improper summoning of [[Level Up!]] different to the improper summoning of [[Level Modulation]]. Both ignore the summoning conditions, that should be that. The ruling on one should not contradict the ruling of another. Either the ruling on one is wrong or the other is wrong, they cannot both be right.

Relinquished

Here's an interesting scenario. If you have "Relinquished" on the field equipped with an "LV" monster, can you activate "Level Up!" on it? — This unsigned comment was made by RedDrgn (talkcontribs) 16:57, 20 August 2009

No, you cannot.
You cannot send "Relinquished" to the Graveyard, since he is not a "LV" monster.
You cannot send the equipped "LV" card to the Graveyard. While it is equipped, it is treated as an Equip Spell Card, not a Monster Card. "Level Up!" specifies that you must send a "LV" monster to the Graveyard.
Also, remember to sign your posts with four tildes ~~~~, since that automatically creates a signature for you.

Horus LV6

I'm saying that since it is immune to all Spells, it cannot be effected nor tributed for Level Up!. I didn't know it was for rulings that are stated elsewhere, I thought it was for anything that can be stated to help clarify any problems that arise later. Like with Wing Kuriboh LV10, Wing Kuriboh doesn't say LV10's name anywhere in it's effect similar to Armed Dragon LV7 and LV10. Piconoe 00:49, December 4, 2009 (UTC)

Also, it didn't make sense to you cause your vocabulary needs some expansion. I try go into so much detail that if I remembered everything, nothing can be brought to question, because I covered it. Piconoe 00:58, December 4, 2009 (UTC)

Level Up! vs. Level Modulation
