- This card can be searched by "Single Purchase", "Temple of the Kings", "Transmodify", "Painful Escape", "Ties of the Brethren", "Upstart Golden Ninja", "Ninja Grandmaster Hanzo", "Ninjitsu Art of Duplication", "Twilight Ninja Shingetsu", "Dragodies, the Empowered Warrior", "Field-Commander Rahz", "Freed the Matchless General", "Reinforcement of the Army", "Dark General Freed", "Creeping Darkness", "Vampire Dragon","Chaos Zone" "Summoner Monk", "Soul Rope", "Resonator Engine", "Dragunity Corsesca", "Gaia, the Mid-Knight Sun" and "Exchange of Night and Day".
- Use this card to "bait" your opponent's removal cards. They will either have to endure its attacks every turn, or waste removal like "Dimensional Prison" on it to avoid the attacks while the "Ninja" can simply "vanish" until the End Phase.
- By using this card's Effect, you'll increase the power of Monsters like "Gren Maju Da Eiza", "Golden Homunculus", "Helios Tris Megistus" and "Doomsday Horror".
- This card is useful for manipulating the number of DARK Monsters in your Graveyard (for "Dark Armed Dragon") and Banished Zone (for "Return from the Different Dimension" and other similar cards.)
- Banish "Necroface" to easily banish 5 cards from you and your opponent's Decks.
- Banish two "D.D. Scout Planes" to get 3 monsters on the field during the End Phase.
- Use this trick on your opponent's End Phase, so you can Tribute those monsters or use them as Synchro/Xyz Materials during your turn.
- This is particularly useful for monsters that require more than 2 Tributes, like "Obelisk the Tormentor", "Beast King Barbaros", "Arcana Force XXI - The World" and "Destiny HERO - Plasma".
- Use "Junk Synchron" to have other uses for "Scout Plane" and fuel the Graveyard with more DARK monsters at the same time. Using "Junk" + "Scout" + "Ninja" also gives you an easy way to Synchro Summon "Mist Wurm" or any other Level 9 Synchro Monster(s).
- Since "Strike Ninja" and "Junk Synchron" are Warrior-type monsters, use "The Warrior Returning Alive" to recycle them.
- Use this trick on your opponent's End Phase, so you can Tribute those monsters or use them as Synchro/Xyz Materials during your turn.
- Use "Call of the Haunted" and "Escape from the Dark Dimension" with this card, as it can avoid being destroyed by their effects by banishing itself.
- You can avoid the effect of "Ancient Forest" with this card.
- Remember that this card is not "Special Summoned" by its own effect, but merely "returns to the field" during the End Phase. This allows "Strike Ninja" to work while "Vanity's Fiend" or similar cards are face-up on the field, and it makes him immune to Summoning-negation cards like "Solemn Warning".
- Use this card to generate extra Chain Links for cards like "Accumulated Fortune" or "Chain Strike".
- By utilizing this card, "Yubel - Terror Incarnate", and 2 copies of "D.D. Scout Plane", you can potentially create a loop of this card's effect, allowing you to use it as many times as you may need to as long as the correct cards stay on the field.
- Example: "Strike Ninja" and "Yubel - Terror Incarnate" are on your side of the field, and there are 2 copies of "D.D. Scout Planes" in your graveyard.
- You banish the 2 copies of "Scout Planes" from your graveyard to activate the effect of "Strike Ninja", banishing it from the field.
- During your End Phase, the effects of "Strike Ninja", "Scout Plane" and "Terror Incarnate" all activate at the same time, allowing you to activate them in any order you choose. The correct order of the effects would be:
- Effect 1: The effects of both copies of "D.D. Scout Plane" activate, returning them to the field.
- Effect 2: The effect of "Yubel - Terror Incarnate" is activated, destroying all other monsters on the field. Both copies of "Scout Plane" are back in the graveyard.
- Effect 3: The effect of "Strike Ninja" is activated, and as such it returns to the field. Because the 2 copies of "Scout Plane" have returned to the graveyard, the effect of "Strike Ninja" can be used again on your next turn, and it will continue to be able to be activated, as the two copies of "Scout Planes" will return to the graveyard at the end of each turn. This loop can continue each turn that "Yubel - Terror Incarnate" stays on the field.
- Example: "Strike Ninja" and "Yubel - Terror Incarnate" are on your side of the field, and there are 2 copies of "D.D. Scout Planes" in your graveyard.
Traditional Format
- This card can be searched by "Witch of the Black Forest".
- Use "Future Fusion", reveal "Chimeratech Overdragon" and send "Cyber Dragon" plus several DARK Machine-type monsters like "Genex Ally Crusher", "Dekoichi the Battlechanted Locomotive" or "D.D. Scout Plane". Use those monsters to fuel the effect of "Strike Ninja" and the like, and the Summon of monsters like "Chaos Sorcerer" (since "Cyber Dragon" is LIGHT), "Dark Armed Dragon" and "Black Salvo", all DARK monsters themselves.
- If "Chimeratech Overdragon" ends up being Summoned by the effect of "Future Fusion", use the effect of "Strike Ninja" to "dodge" the destruction.
