- "Cyber End Dragon" is a signature card of Zane Truesdale.
- This card is a Cover Card for Cybernetic Revolution and Dark Revelation Volume 4.
- Interestingly, "Cyber End Dragon's" DEF is equal to "Cyber Twin Dragon's" ATK. Also, "Cyber Twin Dragon's" DEF is equal to "Cyber Dragon's" ATK.
- This card looks like "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon", and it requires three of the same monsters to Fusion Summon it, just as "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon" does. It also bears a resemblance to "Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon".
- This card has the second highest ATK with the Pierce effect after "Ultimate Ancient Gear Golem".
- This card is featured in the artwork of "Fusion Buster".
