OCG Rulings
- The effect of "Dragunity Militum" targets one "Dragunity" monster in the Spell and Trap Card Zone.[1]
- Suppose that you have a "Dragunity" Synchro Monster in your Spell & Trap Card Zone. If that monster was properly Synchro Summoned previously, then you can use the effect of "Dragunity Militum to Special Summon it to the field.[2]
