* '''[[Card Rulings:Cloudian - Poison Cloud|Cloudian - Poison Cloud]]''': “[[Cloudian - Poison Cloud|Cloudian - Poison Cloud's]]” effect will only inflict 800 damage if its effect successfully destroys the monster that destroyed it in battle. TCG Rulings

  • This card is not affected by the effects of any other Monsters, Spells or Traps, even effects that do not target.[1]
  • If "Skill Drain" is already active on the field when Vennominaga is Special Summoned, the effect of Vennominaga is negated.[1]
  • This card can be Tributed normally for a Tribute Summon, or for the cost of another card. It cannot be Tributed as part of the resolution of a card's effect, like "Ectoplasmer".[1]
  • You can Tribute your opponent's Vennominaga to Summon "Lava Golem".[1]
  • Please note the spelling of this card’s name. It is not a "Venom" monster.[1]
  • Your Vennominaga is unaffected by your opponent's "Share the Pain", since that part is an effect.[2]

Mentions in Other Rulings

OCG Rulings

  • If this card is being negated with "Skill Drain" and is equipped with "Reborn Ribbon", you cannot use the effect of "Reborn Ribbon" to Special Summon it. If you want to revive it, you must use the Vennominaga.
  • "Necrovalley" prevents this card from Special Summoning itself, since you cannot remove from play a Reptile-Type monster from your Graveyard.
  • When this card is sent to the Graveyard, it loses all Hyper-Venom Counters on it, even if it Special Summons itself back.
  • This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the method described on the card.
