- This card has a similar counterpart called "Chimeratech Fortress Dragon".
- It is interesting to note that whereas all of the "Cyber Dragon" fusions with "Cyber" in their name are LIGHT-attribute, both "Cyber Dragon" fusions with "Chimeratech" in their name are DARK-attribute instead.
- This is the only "Cyber Dragon" Fusion in which all the heads are the same.
- It appears somewhat like a Cyber-version of "Five-Headed Dragon", where it only needs monsters of the same type as it to Summon.
- The design of this card may have originated from the Hydra.
- Both this card and "Chimeratech Fortress Dragon" originate from the Chimaera, a mythical beast who had the head of a lion, goat and snake. More recently, 'chimaera' refers to the idea of combining things that occur naturally, much like both monsters are fused from varying Machine-Type monsters.
- The six heads shown on the card represent that when first used in the anime, it was a fusion of six monsters.
- Using "Super Polymerization" to fuse your opponent's machine monsters is a great way to both eliminate a threat and increase its ATK. This works best against a Gadget, Machina or Ancient Gear deck.
- This card's maximum ATK (by its own effect) is 47,200 points.
