- This is a great card for Synchro Summoning. If you have a "Herald of Orange Light" on the field, you can special summon this card and tune for a level 8 Synchro. Then remove from play those materials to special summon another "Soul of Purity and Light" and normal summon another Herald, Synchro Summon for another monster, and have two powerful level 8 Synchro Monsters on the field in one turn.
- Even though this card isn't so great ATK-wise, this card's effect really helps defend your monsters. The best thing about this card is that its effect stacks, so if you have 2 or 3 of these cards, your opponent will have a hard time running over your monsters.
- This card is good against "Lightsworns", "Worms", "Fabled"/"The Fabled", "Watt" and "Batterymen" Deck.
