- This card's Level, ATK, DEF, Type, and Attribute are the same as "Berserk Gorilla". Like "Berserk Gorilla", this card also has an effect that destroys itself, but the circumstances for which it is destroyed is different.
- On that same note, both of these cards are apes.
- This is the first "Scrap" monster to have an effect that can also add non-Tuner "Scrap" monsters from the Graveyard to the hand.
- The barrel that appears as the belly of the monster, along with the monster's name might be a reference to Donkey Kong.
- This card's artwork appears in the artwork of "Present Exchange".
