After absorbed the "Elemental HERO Divine Neos'" lost rulings into my Judge Ruling article - I felt an itch to create a deck base on Divine Neos himself, but has no exact recipe to complete it... So...

Why use Neos? Use Elemental HERO Neos Alius. Don't use Air Hummingbird - use Neo-Spacian Aqua Dolphin and/or Neo-Spacian Dark Panther. You need Solemn Judgment, Dark Hole, Future Fusion, and Torrential Tribute. BF2 Talk Deck Guides 16:47, October 17, 2011 (UTC)

- Ah, and who should I put in? Many HERO other than one I put in are nearly half useful than the one itself. Also "Dark Fusion" help get "Evil HERO" Fusion version out... And can be fodder for Divine Neos' eff (Inferno Wing gave him double damage, pierce then inflict equal whatever higher, etc.) --FredCat 21:27, October 18, 2011 (UTC)
