"Axe of Despair" appears in the artwork of "Curse of Rose".
For unknown reasons, Axe of Despair appears in the original version of Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's and Yu-Gi-Oh! GX with it's TCG artwork. Some people think it's because the OCG artwork was too scary.
