- Get the cards you want on top of your Deck with "A Feather of the Phoenix", "Archfiend's Oath", "Big Eye", "Spellbook Organization", "Plaguespreader Zombie" and "Raiza the Storm Monarch".
- This card combines well with spells that can search for monsters, such as "Reinforcement of the Army", since those will let you use fewer monster cards in your deck (and therefore more spells, increasing the chance of using it successfully) and will generate guaranteed card advantage when pulled with its ability.
- You can Special summon up to 2 "Ancient Gear Golems" (1 from your hand and/or 1 deck) if you send "Spell Gear" without sending 3 Ancient Gear cards.
- "Phantasmal Martyrs" is a great spell card to use with this card. Since you won't need "Uria" or "Hamon", or /and abandon your entire hand. And get free tribute for "Dogma" or "Plasma".(This card is D-HERO, don't forget)
- If you accidentally "add" the cards you wish to mill for this effect to your hand. Use "Xyz Override" to make use of it.
- This card is Level 4 Warrior. Cards like "Heroic Champion - Excalibur" will do cover this.
