- If "V-Tiger Jet", "W-Wing Catapult", "X-Head Cannon", "Y-Dragon Head", and "Z-Metal Tank" are all Removed from Play thanks to "Soul Release" and your Field is empty, you can use "Dimension Fusion" or "Return from the Different Dimension" to get VWXYZ out in a single turn.
- Use "Painful Choice" to quickly get 4 of the "VWXYZ" into the graveyard to Remove them from Play.
- After this card is Summoned, "Dimension Fusion" or "Return from the Different Dimension" can be used to return VW and XYZ and Summon another VWXYZ (if you have one in your Extra Deck).
- This card can be used with "Dimension Explosion". When VWXYZ is on the Field, use this card to de-fuse VWXYZ and return XYZ and VW to the field. This gives an advantage maybe for an OTK after dealing a minimum of 3000 points after attacking with VWXYZ and then as "Dimension Explosion" is a Quick-Play, use it to Summon the two counter-parts to finish your opponent. You can also use it to protect VWXYZ and use the remaining two to do whatever is necessary and then re-fuse them.
- This card can only Remove from Play one card your opponent controls per turn. If your opponent controls many cards, particularly face-downs in their Spell/Trap Card Zone, you may wish to use "XYZ-Dragon Cannon"'s effect to destroy as many as you can before summoning VWXYZ. The upside to VWXYZ, though, is that it does not require a discard cost.
- One often-overlooked aspect of this card is that, unlike the XYZ-series of Fusion montsers, this card can be Summoned from the Graveyard, if properly Special Summoned before. Include several cards that allow you to Summon from the Graveyard such as "Monster Reborn" or "Premature Burial". These cards can also be used to revive components of the monster for Contact Fusion.
- To help Summon VWXYZ in one turn, use a combination of "Fiend Comedian", "Beckoning Light", and "Ultimate Offering". Using "Fiend Comedian" in a VWXYZ deck is excellent as both effects can work your way. However in this circumstance, you will want to use the negative effect of the card. When you call it wrong, send the VWXYZ pieces to the graveyard. If you have more than five cards in your hand (and more than five LIGHT-type monsters in your Graveyard) activate "Beckoning Light" to discard your entire hand and then select the VWXYZ pieces and any more monsters that you may have. Summon each Fusion carefully as you do not know what your opponent has face-down, so it may be a good idea to summon "XYZ-Dragon Cannon" first. When they are both Summoned cause as much chaos as possible by using their effects and then fuse them to make "VWXYZ-Dragon Catapult Cannon" in one turn. One extra addition is to make sure that you have enough Life Points to Summon them all, as it should cost 2000 Life Points to play.
- Use VWXYZ's battle-position-changing effect on a Ojama Token after you have used "Ojama Trio". After the attack, your opponent gets 3300 life points in damage.
- Before Summoning this card, use "Limiter Removal" on "VW-Tiger Catapult" and "XYZ-Dragon Cannon". Fuse the two together during your Main Phase 2 to avoid the cost of them being Destroyed.
- Use card to removed your opponent's Stardust Dragon/Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode from play.
