"Eccentric Boy":

If you have another face-up Tuner Monster on your side of the field, you can Normal Summon this card, then use the Synchro Monster Summoned using this card's effect with the other Monster to Synchro Summon a stronger one.

This card goes well with Lightsworns in any situation where you draw a "Wulf, Lightsworn Beast", or any other card you want in the grave to synchro for a monster that could deal substantial damage.

This card is ideal to summon Synchro Monsters without effects, like "Scrap Archfiend" and "Gaia Knight, the Force of Earth".

"Thunder Dragon" is a good option to use because it can discard itself to add other copies of itself to use with this card.

You can send 1 DARK monster with this card and Synchro Summon a monster, then remove them from your Graveyard to summon "Dark Simorgh".

A very good card to use with "Synchro Fusionist" from your hand to search for a "Polymerization" or a miracle synchro fusion card, then fuse the synchro monster from the field with one from your graveyard, retrieve "Synchro Fusionist" with "Junk Warrior" and fuse again and search another fusion card.

This card could work very well in a Ritual Djinn deck, as you could send any of the level 3 or 4 djinns to synchro summon for "Goyo Guardian" or "Black Rose Dragon" for a little extra damage. This works well after "Demise, King of Armageddon" has activated his effect.

This card works well with decks that use "Beast of the Pharaoh".
use this card along with vice berserker to make a strong level 7 synchro with over 4000 attack point like Scrap Archfiend so that the negative effect off eccentric boy wont matter and you can swing for more than half of your opponent's full life points. Doing this behind a field wipe from black rose, demise, or judgment dragon can be a game winner at the cost of 2000-4000 life points 2000 of which u can turn into life gain with cards like rainbow life. BUT be aware that in the current format your opponent is most likely to have at least one battle fader or swift striking scare crow in their deck so timing of this combo is critical it is highly recommended that you try to gauge if your opponent is holding on to that last card is an honest or a scarecrow/battle fader least u hurt yourself all for nothing and get laughed at by a scarecrow riding a rocket broom...
