My deck focuses around lvl 3 tuners, while i have lvl 3,4,5 syncro materials monsters. I need help on my spells and traps, becuase so far my monster setup has got me a syncro on my first turn 80% of the time.

Add in Double Summon. It can get you a Level 5 to 8 Synchro in 1 turn.

why do you have terraforming with no field spell card??

Your spells and traps seem a little too diverse, it's as if you cannot make up your mind on what to put in. Out of the 20 spells/traps you have, Bottomless trap hole is the only one with more than 1. It is very hard for you to draw the right trap card for the situation if you only have one of each card. Try this line up and see how it works: Neo-Spacian Adanac 23:17, February 6, 2010 (UTC)

Obelisk is kinda of a novelty card, i can switch out him for any other monster i want, but i like to double duel at my school with my friends, and having 3 monsters by my 2nd turn isnt much of a problem. But yeah sometimes he's a dead draw.

The Tricky - It special summons itself at the cost of one card from your hand, and if you have a LV 3 tuner, you can synchro for Stardust Dragon on the first turn. 151.200.122.58 15:40, February 15, 2010 (UTC)

Yep, but i find that synchroing on the first turn is bad if I go first. It can leave my monsters to be destroyed by battle. So i like to stall 1 turn, then synchro.

I think you should add a snipe hunter instead of D.D. Warrior Lady.Also you should add Star Blast to manipulate your monsters' Level and bring out whatever Synchro monster you want.Mojito96 18:30, March 6, 2010 (UTC)


Turbo-Synchro

This deck is similar to the Quickdraw-Dandylion decks that have been topping at Regionals and other big tournaments lately. The difference is almost none, with the exception of Junk Synchron, Quillbolt Hedgehog and Goldd, Wu-Lord of Dark World OR, alternatively, because of the Ryko, Lightsworn Hunters and Charge of the Light Brigade, Wulf, Lightsworn Beast. The deck's consistency comes from the mill-discard engine, as well as Pot of Avarice for an instant +1 as well as a chance to re-use the Tuners and Synchros that the deck has.

My Synchro Deck...

I need some help with this new synchro deck of mine

Right now the only weakness I see in my deck is that its weak against macro-decks. I made a macro deck out of VWXYZ and i was obliterated 2 out of 3... This deck beats Gladiator beasts every time and I don't think it will have a problem with lightsworns either. Also my hand depletes quickly and i need more methods of draw power other than valley since graceful charity and pot of greed are banned...I'm planning on adding 2 Stardust Dragons and an Imperial Iron Wall at some point.

I know I need Goyo Guardian, but right now im on a budget of zero... I dont have lots of the newer series cards but i plan to make do with what ive got. I would like to add a Thunder King Rai-oh, but i can't get my hands on one. I'd like to enter regionals next year and hopefully more, but first I wanna get this deck perfect.

If you have any suggestions for me post them below.....

  • I would suggest using two more Quickdraw Synchron's and if you can get your hand on it Drill Warrior. Also maybe adding more of the Junk Archetype's for your synchros and losing the Gaia Knight, the Force of Earth's. Yeah they're level 6's, but with weak attack and no effect. Good placeholders for now, but if you get more synchros and even if you start to get things like Goyo Guardian and Drill Warrior, you can replace them easily. Something to think about.   • I appreciate the advice. I did the math and figured out that adding those Quickdraw Synchrons would give me 22 more combinations to summon junk destroyer, but I dont want to add them yet. If I can get my hands on some more "junk" archtype monsters and possibly Turbo Warrior, Nitro Warrior, and Road Warrior, I'll add those quickdraws. In the meantime I'll set them aside because my deck gets rid of cards too fast and I usually don't have the tributes or the cards in my hand to special summon him. My deck is pretty fast and if I put more quikdraws in right now he'll kinda get in the way. Most people play Quickdraw Synchrons without playing Junk Synchron as well. If I get more Synchros that require synchrons, I'll drop a few cards and put in those quickdraws. Also, I did add some more synchros and I dropped the Gaia Knight, the Force of Earths. I added a Junk Destroyer, a Stardust Dragon, and 2 Junk Warriors. I know the Junk Warriors are sorta meaningless but, I think they're better place holders than Gaia Knight, the Force of Earth, because they get an attack boost and they're really easy to summon. I'm glad I got another destroyer. It helps the deck a lot.
