here they are:
1) i have a F/D banisher of the light, and my opponent has a bora on field and a kalut on hand, he attacks the F/d banisher, can he discard kalut??
2) i have a rai-oh and a doomkaliber on the field, my opponent summons a gadget, can he activate the effect even tho it cant search, so my doomkaliber dies?
3) can doomkaliber negate the special summon of either machina fortress or D.D. survivor? 3) b) can rai-oh negate any of those?
4) both me and my opponent have a LADD, both with 2800, my opponent activates MST...........what happens next? wich 1 negates first?
5) can i chain bottomless 2 a machina fortress, and in response 2 my BTH activate a torrential?
6) similar, can i activate Dim prison and in resp mirror force?

1. Yes they can. Kalut's effect can be activated in substep 1 of the battle phase and Banisher of the light is flipped face up in substep 2 of the battle phase.
But i think they would have to choose to activate the effect of Kalut before Banisher is flipped face up they can't wait till it is face up and then activate Kalut because by then the effct of Banisher would remove Kalut from play and he has to go to the grave for it to work.
2. Under OCG rulings:
- When "Green Gadget" is Normal/Special Summoned, you cannot activate its effect if there is no "Red Gadget" in your Deck.
If there is no gadget in his deck he can search. Also if the effct of a card cannot properly resolve than you cannot activate it.
3. Not sure on Machina(i don't know if he is treated like D. Simorgh or Cyber dragon). Yes it can negate DD survivor and DD survivor will stay removed from play.
4. See SEGOC but your opponents will negate first because yours will activate first and chains resolve backwards.
5. Not sure... i think so as long as your opponent does not have a response you should be able to chain...
6. Also if mirror is in response to D you shoudl be bale to but not the other way around because mirror is spell speed 3.
Seek a second opinion on 3, 4 5, and 6 though ^^" Kearowind (talk • contribs) 19:39, August 2, 2010 (UTC)
- 1 & 2 look good!
- 3) "Machina Fortress" is like "Cyber Dragon", so "Doomcaliber Knight" won't do anything, but "Thunder King Rai-Oh" can negate the Summon. In general, "Dark Simorgh" is an exception, and shouldn't be compared to anything else.
- 4) See Card Rulings:Light and Darkness Dragon:
- If you have 2 or more “Light and Darkness Dragon” face-up on your side of the field when a Spell, Trap, or effect of an Effect Monster is activated, the effect of each “Light and Darkness Dragon” form a Chain, but only the effect of the “Light and Darkness Dragon” chained directly to the activated Spell, Trap, or effect of an Effect Monster will resolve. The other “Light and Darkness Dragon” on the Chain will not negate the activation of the Spell, Trap, or effect of the Effect Monster and they will not lose any ATK or DEF from their effect.
- Example: Player A and Player B each have “Light and Darkness Dragon” face-up on the field. Player A activates “Smashing Ground” in his Main Phase 1. The effect of both copies of “Light and Darkness Dragon” activate. Player A is the turn player, so theirs is placed first onto the Chain (Light and Darkness Dragon A), followed by their opponent’s (Light and Darkness Dragon B). Since Player A’s “Light and Darkness Dragon” is chained directly to “Smashing Ground”, it will negate the “Smashing Ground” and lose 500 ATK and DEF. Player B’s “Light and Darkness Dragon” will not negate “Smashing Ground” and will not lose ATK or DEF.-

- 5) Yep, you can do that, as long as you give your opponent the chance to activate something in between. The entire Chain is in response to the Summon, so "Torrential Tribute"'s activation timing is still correct.
- 6) Yep, that's also possible. You can activate the cards in whatever order you want, since both are Normal Traps. See #5.
