- This card can be searched by "Temple of the Kings", "Dogu", "Single Purchase", "Transmodify", "Painful Escape", "Chaos Zone", "Dwarf Star Dragon Planeter", "Eclipse Wyvern", "Minerva, Lightsworn Maiden", "Dragonic Guard", "Draconnection", "Hieratic Dragon King of Atum", "Ninjitsu Art of Super-Transformation" and "Paladin of Felgrand".
- This card can be Tribute Summoned with one Tribute using "Kaiser Sea Horse", "Totem Dragon", "Keeper of the Shrine" and "The First Monarch".
- As this card's effect activates after being sent to the Graveyard from anywhere, cards like "Darkflare Dragon", "Number 95: Galaxy-Eyes Dark Matter Dragon" or "Foolish Burial" can be used to send it from the Deck.
- Can also be used with "Ruins of the Divine Dragon Lords" to retrieve it from the Graveyard, while setting up "Ruins" negation effect during next Standby Phase.
- Use this card with "Dragunity Arma Leyvaten"; equip this card with "Leyvaten", then when it is sent to the Graveyard along with this card, revive "Leyvaten" with this card's effect then equip it again.
- This card's effect can be used to Special Summon "Amorphage Goliath" during the opponent's Standby Phase, so that they will not be able to Special Summon from the Extra Deck.
- This combo is obviously more powerful after setting up the field with as many Xyz/Synchro/Fusion monsters as possible, in order to probably ensure a victory during the next turn.
- If you can pull it off, this card's effect can be absolutely devastating against any Pendulum-based deck, since its effect doesn't target and can banish all of your opponent's Pendulum Scales at once.
- In addition, this card's also effective against many Spell Cards that can help maintain Pendulum Scales such as "Sky Iris", "Dinomist Charge", etc. possibly crippling your opponent's entire strategy, or at least depleting most of their resources.
Traditional Format
- This card can be searched by "Tempest, Dragon Ruler of Storms".
- By using the effect of "Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of the End" to send this card from your hand or field to the Graveyard you can use the effect of this card to revive "Chaos Emperor Dragon" (or "Divine Dragon Lord Felgrand", who can bring back "Chaos Emperor Dragon" later) during the next stand-by to avoid depending on top decking.
