In episode 102, Yugi Muto faces this monster while he was trying to get through a door puzzle. This monster was guarding the Level 1 door. Yugi then summons "Winged Dragon, Guardian of the Fortress" and uses it to attack and destroy this monster.

In episode 186, the KC DuelTek 760 uses this card in its Duel against Yami Yugi. It discards this card to activate "Cost Down". On the KC DuelTek 760's next Standby Phase, this card return to the KC DuelTek 760's hand due to its effect. The DuelTek later Normal Summons this card. "Jinzo" then attacks and destroys "Baby Dragon". This card then attacks Yami Yugi directly. This card remained on the field until the Duel was over.

In episode 188, Solomon Muto uses this card during his Duel with Joey Wheeler. Solomon first used this card for the effect of "Ordeal of a Traveler". Joey guesses Spell Card, but Solomon reveals that Joey was wrong, so "Goblin Attack Force" returns to Jaden's hand. Later Solomon used "Ancient Tome" to swap this card with the top card of his Deck. On Solomon's next turn, he draws this card. He then discards this card to keep "Ancient Tome" on the field. This card's effect then activated, returning it to Solomon's hand. When "Gilford the Lightning" attacks Solomon directly, Solomon activates the effect of "Ordeal of a Traveler" and uses this card for its effect. Joey guesses Monster Card. Solomon then reveals that Joey was right, so "Gilford the Lightning" continues its direct attack against Solomon, decreasing his Life Points to 1200.

In episode 5, two copies of this card are shown as two of the four face-up cards that Jaden Yuki and his friends were using to tell ghost stories during the "ghost stories" segment at the start of the episode. One copy was drawn by Jaden, so he used this card to tell his friends a story that would be as scary as something that would be at Level 1. The other copy was on the table along with the other cards that were already used.

In episode 40, this card is shown as an Egyptian Spirit monster in one of Abidos the Third's Duels against his servants.
