"Thousand Needles" (針千本（サウザンド•ニードル） Sauzando Nīdoru) is a series of EARTH Beast Effect Monsters that all have the same effect: "When this Defense Position card is attacked and the ATK of the attacking monster is lower than the DEF of this card, destroy the attacking monster at the end of the Damage Step." The more needles on the monster, the larger the monster's body and the more feral it looks. Each monster has 1800 DEF and their ATK is equal to how many "needles" each monster has.
