"Goddess of Whim's" dress does not cover the sides and middle of her cleavage in the Japanese artwork. Some International video games cover most of this. Languages apart from Japanese in the OCG/TCG cover her breasts completly. Also in Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters II: Dark Duel Stories,Yu-Gi-Oh! Dark Duel Stories and Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters IV: Battle of Great Duelist, Goddess of Whim was drawn with a different artwork.
