• Equip "Kunai with Chain" to this card so you can switch an opposing monster to Defense Position, as well as strengthen "Bora's" ATK.

• "Micro Ray" can be used to maximize the Piercing damage this card inflicts.

• "Blackwing - Sirocco the Dawn" can be used with "Blackwing - Bora the Spear" to further increase damage output, but you need other "Blackwings" to do this combo.
  • If you're having trouble summoning "Sirocco", "Kalut" can be an effective alternative.

• "Double Attack" can be used alongside with "Blackwing - Sirocco the Dawn's" effect to quickly set up an endgame situation. Ditch a card like "Destiny Hero - Dasher" that is useful in the graveyard, just in case it doesn't finish them off.

• Special summon this card while you have "Blackwing - Gale the Whirlwind" on the field and vice versa. This will make it easy to synchro summon "Blackwing Armor Master" in 1 turn.

• Attack Marshmallon each turn to deal heavy damage to opponent.
