- In episode 64, Tyranno Hassleberry uses this card during his duel against Syrus Truesdale. He activates this card by Tributing "Dark Tyranno". Hassleberry then uses this card's effect to summon "Ultimate Tyranno" with no Tributes. This card remained on the field until the Duel was over.
- In episode 76, this card is shown in Hassleberry's hand during his Tag Duel with Syrus against Frost and Thunder.
- In episode 110, Hassleberry uses this card during his duel against Jim Crocodile Cook. He activates this card by Tributing "Babycerasaurus". Hassleberry then uses this card's effect to Summon "Sauropod Brachion" with no Tributes. This card remained on the field until the Duel was over.
- In episode 162, Hassleberry uses this card during his Tag Duel with Blair Flannigan against Jaden Yuki and Alexis Rhodes. He activates this card by Tributing "Dark Tyranno". He then uses this card's effect to Normal Summon "Super Conductor Tyranno" with no Tributes. This card remained on the field until the Duel was over.
- In episode 165, this card is shown in a warehouse of cards that Chazz Princeton was cleaning up as part of his job being Aster Phoenix's assistant.
- In the English anime it was called "Big Evolution" and had the pills replaced by meat (drumsticks to be precise), possibly due to censorship reasons. In addition, it was mistakenly referred to as a Field Spell Card.
