- In episode 61, Arkana plays this card, Tributing "Doll of Demise" to decrease Yugi Muto's Life Points to 700. He then attempts to finish Yugi off by Tributing his "Dark Magician", but an additional anime effect activates, Tributing Yugi's "Dark Magician" as well, preventing damage to either player.
- In episode 79, Yami Bakura plays this card, Tributing "The Earl of Demise" to defeat Bonz. Curiously, it appeared to be played as a Field Magic Card. After he won, Yami Bakura took Bonz's five Locator Cards as per the Battle City Rules.
