- In episode 27, Gravekeeper's Chief plays this card against Jaden Yuki. It is set in Defense Position. The Chief later flips this card face-up, inflicting 500 damage to Jaden. It is then powered up by "Necrovalley". This card then destroys "Wroughtweiler". In the next episode, the Chief sacrifices this card to summon "Gravekeeper's Chief" (himself). He then Special Summons this card from his Graveyard with "Rite of Spirit". This activates this card's effect, inflicting 500 points of damage to Jaden. This card attacks Jaden directly after "Gravekeeper's Spear Soldier" attacks Jaden directly. Jaden then attacks and destroys this card with "Elemental Hero Bladedge", winning him the duel.
- In episode 29, this card is seen in a flashback to episode 28.
- This card's attack name is Doomsday Purge in the English version and Destruction Spell in the Japanese version, while its effect name in the Japanese version is Weakening Spell.
