"Magic Cylinder":

In the Yu-Gi-Oh! anime, it could only be activated if there was a Spellcaster-Type monster on the player's side of the field. The one time this happened was when Strings' Slifer the Sky Dragon attacked Dark Magician Girl. Yugi activated Spellbinding Circle and Magic Cylinder to redirect the attack back at Slifer with the same amount of ATK it had when the attack was declared to win the Duel, but Revival Jam blocked the attack, allowing Slifer to destroy Dark Magician Girl.

Syrus played this card against Dimitri's "Ancient Gear Golem" by using "Jetroid's" effect.

Bastion was about to activate this card in his second duel against Chazz but changed his mind at the last minute and lost the duel.
