This card serves Yugi Muto/Yami Yugi as an ocassionally replacement for Gaia the Fierce Knight.

When Yami Yugi duels Gansley, Yugi summons this card without a tribute since it's the only card in his hand as per this card's effect after activating Rainbow Blessing due to his Deck Master Kuriboh being on the field to bypass Gansley's Ruklamba the Spirit King and Rainbow Snake Eingana to attack Gansley directly. Using Rainbow Blessing, Yugi has this monster attack Gansley directly, thus making Gansley unable to activate his Deck Master Deepsea Warrior's ability.

While Yugi Muto is going through Noah Kaiba's doors, Yugi summons this card to destroy a monster behind Level three's door but this monster is destroyed due to the door's Mirror Force.

When Yami Yugi duels Yami Marik, this monster (among many others) is briefly seen when Yugi plays Ragnarok to destroy Marik while merged with The Winged Dragon of Ra.

When Pharaoh Atem (Yami Yugi) duels Yugi Muto, Atem discards this card to special summon The Tricky. Later, Atem brings the card back to his hand via Awakening from Beyond then summons it with no tributes since it's the only card in his hand via this card's effect to attack Yugi's Buster Blader earlier weakened by Atem's Beast of Gilfer's effect. Later, this card is destroyed by Yugi's Summoned Skull.
