"Axe of Despair":

The International version of this card has the head removed, to make the card look less horrific. Some episodes of Yu-Gi-Oh! GX and Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's anime (see here and here) use the International artwork instead. Also in Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters II: Dark duel Stories, Yu-Gi-Oh! Dark Duel Stories and Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters 4: Battle of Great Duelist, this card was drawn with a different artwork.
