OCG Rulings
- If your opponent activates "Raigeki", you can chain "Crush Card Virus" to the card effect and Tribute an appropriate DARK monster. This is because "Raigeki" has not yet resolved, so the monster is still on the field.[1] However if a player chooses to activate CCV and their opponent decides to chain a card to remove the monster being tributed from the field, the monster is still destroyed as a cost to activate Crush in the first place, therefore the chained card wouldn't affect that tributed monster.
- You can activate "Crush Card Virus" during the Battle Step. After it resolves, a replay occurs.[2]
- You can only use "Stardust Dragon"'s effect against "Crush Card Virus" when the Trap Card is activated, and only if there is a face-up card that would be destroyed by the Trap Card. You cannot use it if there is a face-down card that would be destroyed.[3]
