Card Rulings:Herald of Green Light

• "Herald of Green Light's" effect is a multi-Trigger effect so it can be activated during the Damage Step.

• If "Banisher of the Radiance" or "Macro Cosmos" is face-up on the field, you cannot activate "Herald of Green Light's" effect because you cannot send it and another Fairy-Type monster to the Graveyard for the cost.

• "Herald of Green Light's" effect will not be negated by the effect of "The End of Anubis" because it doesn't activate in the Graveyard.

Japanese Rulings

• This card's effect can be activate anytime you can activate a Counter Trap (but this card's effect does NOT count as activation of Counter Trap).

• If cards like [Banisher of the Light] or [Macrocosmos] is on the field, this card's effect cannot activate, since "it cannot be send to Graveyard".
