OCG Rulings

  • Sending one Dragon-Type monster from your hand to the Graveyard is a cost to activate the effect which increases ATK.[1]
  • The effect which Special Summons a monster from the Graveyard targets one Dragon-Type monster in either player's Graveyard.[1]
  • The effect of "Dragon's Vanguard" can be activated multiple times during the same turn. The increase to ATK by this effect lasts until "Dragon's Vanguard" is removed from the field or flipped face-down.[2]
