- This card can be Tribute Summoned with one Tribute using "Totem Dragon", "Keeper of the Shrine", "Flame Ruler" and "The First Monarch".
- This card can be an effective counter to "Dark Armed Dragon" (But only when it runs out of ammo, or DARK monsters to banish) or "Exiled Force". - Considering the rise in popularity of Six Samurai decks, this card can be an effect counter to "Hand of the Six Samurai" and "Legendary Six Samurai - Mizuho" as it is bigger than any Six Samurai or Shien monster.
