- Use "Paradox Fusion" to keep this card alive longer.
- Since this card doesn't technically discard a card from your opponent's hand, they can't activate effects of monsters such as "Dark World", "Danger!" or "Fabled".
- You can destroy up to 3 cards in your opponent's hand by using first the effect of "Neo-Spacian Aqua Dolphin", then "Neo-Spacian Marine Dolphin", and after that the effect of "Elemental Hero Marine Neos".
- This card's (proper) Special Summon can be easily set up by the effects of "Elemental HERO Spirit of Neos"; Special Summon "Elemental HERO Spirit of Neos" (e.g. with "EN Shuffle", "Cross Keeper", "Wake Up Your Elemental HERO") which can trigger one of its effects to search "Instant Contact", and then use its other effect to Special Summon "Elemental HERO Neos" from the Deck. "Instant Contact" can then Special Summon "Neo-Spacian Marine Dolphin" from the Extra Deck, circumventing the need for "NEX".
- If the player is restricted to being able to only Special Summon "HERO" monsters for the turn (due to the effects of "Vision HERO Faris" or "Xtra HERO Infernal Devicer"), the effect of "Spirit of Neos" can be used to search "Over Fusion" instead which can be used to treat one other monster on the player's field as "Neo-Spacian Marine Dolphin" for the Contact Fusion.
