- This card can be searched by "Soul Rope", "Resonator Engine", "Vampire Dragon", "Summoner Monk", "Field-Commander Rahz", "Freed the Matchless General", "Photon Veil", "Woodland Archer", "Gemini Soldier", "Kid Guard", "E - Emergency Call", "Hero Signal", "A Hero Lives", "Masked HERO Dian", "Elemental HERO Stratos", "Reinforcement of the Army" and "Gaia, Knight in Blackest Night".
- This card can work well in a Warrior Toolbox Deck. Since it is a Level 4 1900 ATK monster, it can be searched with "Reinforcement of the Army". He is also immune to the effect of "Justi-Break" when in Attack Position if you haven't Gemini Summoned him yet.
- In a "Elemental HERO Neos"-themed deck, you can really abuse "Hero Signal" with this card. It will set you up for a faster "Gemini Summon" for next turn.
- This card works really well in a Gemini-Warrior Deck, exactly the same as the Structure Deck 17: Warrior's Strike. With him into this Deck, you can abuse "Freed the Matchless General", "Symbols of Duty", or even "Silent Doom" to search and/or Special Summon him and activate his effect.
- Equip this card with "Supervise" to have it treated as "Elemental HERO Neos" and use it with a Neo-Spacian to Summon a Neos Fusion monster. "Supervise's" effect will activate, allowing you to summon a normal monster in your graveyard, such as "Elemental HERO Neos" or another "Elemental HERO Neos Alius".
- You can use "Elemental HERO Neos Alius" to really throw your opponent for a loop with a Gemini deck by using Neos Alius as the Hero component for Elemental HERO fusions. "Gemini Lancer" will get you "Elemental HERO Absolute Zero", "Goggle Golem", "Ancient Gear Knight" or "Gemini Scorpion" will give you "Elemental HERO Gaia", "Tuned Magician" or "Featherizer" will get you "Elemental HERO Great Tornado", "Crusader of Endymion" will get you "Elemental HERO The Shining". With the new "Elemental HERO Nova Master", you can use "Blazewing Butterfly", "Chthonian Emperor Dragon", "King Pyron", "Evocator Chevalier" or "Phoenix Gearfried". If you want to use "Supervise" or Gemini Summon this card, you can also use it for "Elemental HERO Neos Knight" with any Warrior Gemini or "Knight of the Red Lotus" or "Gemini Scorpion". Don't forget, you can use "Super Polymerization" to make "Elemental HERO Neos Alius" a minefield of a card.
