To summon him, first activate Scapegoat during your opponent's End Phase, to Special Summon 4 Sheep Tokens to your side of the field. Then, simply summon one other monster, and activate DNA Surgery, to change of all your monsters to Dragon-Types. Then, either activate Polymerization or Dragon's Mirror, to Fusion Summon Five-Headed Dragon.
Use DNA Transplant to change your opponents monster's attributes to something other than Light, so there is no monster able to destroy him by battle.
Also, it would be wise to use a Royal Decree because a Sakuretsu Armor or Mirror Force, and even a Magic Cylinder would be deadly to you after getting out the Five-Headed Dragon.
