- You can use this card with "Greed Quasar" to increase it's level, giving it more ATK points.
- You can also use Lava Golem, making this card helpful in a burn deck.
- You can use this card with "Giant Kozaky" or "Zombie Mammoth" to deal massive amounts of damage to your opponent, while your Special Summoned monster will be destroyed, so your opponent gets nothing, but damage.
- Use this with "Nitro Warrior" to switch the defending monster to Attack Position and to inflict a large amount of damage to your opponent.
- Use this card with a searcher or "Card of Safe Return". That way, you can destroy the Summoned monster to Summon a new one to your side of the field, or draw a card, or better yet both.
- Keep in mind that "Give and Take" is a great idea to help Synchro Summoning Synchro Monsters.
- Special Summon a monster like "Samsara Lotus" or "X-Saber Pashuul" to inflict damage to your opponent each turn.
- Use this card to Special Summon "Colossal Fighter" to destroy your opponent's monster by battle, so it can be Special Summoned to your side of the field.
- Use this card to Special Summon "Shiba-Warrior Taro" to your opponent's side of the field, then, if possible, destroy another card on the field to return "Shiba-Warrior Taro" to your hand.
- A similar combo can be used with "Fox Fire".
- If you activate "Remove Brainwashing" not only do you get the level bonus, but you also get your monster back.
- This card works well with the Fortune Ladies.
- Use this card to special summon with searchers like Sangan or Mystic Tomato, and/or get sent to the graveyard effects, like using it as monster removal by attacking the Newdoria you revived with this card.
- If your opponent controls at least 1 monster, you can use "Give and Take" to Special Summon a monster with a high level and a high ATK and to increase the level of "Fortune Lady Dark". Then, with the high ATK of "Fortune Lady Dark", you can easily destroy a monster that was not Special Summoned with "Give and Take", and inflict damage if that monster was in Attack Position. Then, Special Summon a "Fortune Lady Fire" with Fortune Lady Dark's effect and destroy the monster which was Special Summoned with "Give and Take with Fortune Lady Fire's to inflict even more damage to your opponent, as well as a chance to attack again.
- Use this card for summon Ido the Supreme Magical Force on the opponent's side of the field.Try to combine it with Mask of Restrict, Light of Intervention or Fog King and lock completely the opponent's monsters being summoned.
