- This card can be easily summoned by banishing "Rescue Rabbit" to Summon 2 "Noble Knight Artorigus" and then Special Summon "Noble Knight Gawayn" from your hand.
- It can be also Xyz Summoned by Special Summoning "Rescue Rabbit" by the effect of "Goblindbergh" and Special Summoning 2 general Level 4 Warrior-Type Normal monsters.
- If you control "M-X-Saber Invoker" (or have means to Xyz Summon it), Normal Summon "Goblindbergh" and Special Summon a Level 4 Warrior-Type monster ("Heroic Challenger - Extra Sword", more preferably) from your hand, then, activate this card's effect and Special Summon another "Extra Sword" from the deck. Then, Xyz Summon this card, with a up to 2000 ATK boost.
- Elemental HERO Decks can easily Summon this card if they're running either "A Hero Lives" or "Photon Thrasher", thanks to "Elemental HERO Stratos" and "Elemental HERO Bubbleman". This card can then make the field relatively safe for other Xyz Summons or the activation of "Miracle Fusion".
- This card works well in a "Six Samurai" deck as an alternate way to negate Traps if "Legendary Six Samurai - Shi En" is not on the field.
- This card is extremely useful against various common destructive Trap Cards like "Mirror Force" and "Bottomless Trap Hole", as well as Traps that can either revive a monster, such as "Call of the Haunted". Plus the 500 ATK boost per activation helps in creating control on the field.
- Watch out for Trap cards that can negate the Xyz Summon of this card and cannot be negated by it, like "Black Horn of Heaven", "Solemn Warning", etc. For this cases, it's useful to have a "Dark Bribe" or "Solemn Judgment" set on the field.
- "Thunder King Rai-Oh", "Evolzar Laggia" and "Solda" are also dangerous.
