- Use cards like "Gaap the Divine Soldier" or "Final Attack Orders" to change your opponent's monsters to Attack Position.
- Combine this card's destruction effect with cards that trigger when destroyed (such as the "Fire Kings", "Scrap" or "Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys") to trigger all of them at once, or with those that have self-revival conditions (like "D.D. Scout Plane" while "Macro Cosmos" or "Dimensional Fissure" are out) to generate large amounts of Field advantage.
- Combine this card with monsters that are impervious to destruction by card effects (such as "Abyssal Kingshark") to erase your opponent's field and have a veritable army to wipe them out the next turn.
- Use "Emergency Assistance" to revive a Level 4 monster after setting off the effect of "Hot Red Dragon Archfiend". The restriction to Summon it during the Main Phase 2 will be a non-factor since the Summoned monster wouldn't be able to attack due to the effect of "Hot Red".
- While this card is in your Graveyard, you can easily Special Summon by using "Archfiend Palabyrinth" or "The Dark Creator".
